UK (London Metropolitan University) Help to Grow: An innovative toolkit to strength your business position
Help to Grow Management is an innovative training programme designed to help entrepreneurs and executives working in London’s SMEs to the next level.
Date: 6 June 2023
The Guildhall School of Business and Law (GSBL) at London Met is working with the Small Business Charter for the second year running this course to support leaders of small and medium-sized businesses to boost performance, resilience and long term growth through the Help to Grow: Management Course.
What is the Help to Grow: Management Course?
The Help to Grow: Management Course has been developed by experts in small business and enterprise from across leading UK business schools. It is designed to be undertaken alongside full-time work. It involves 50 hours of training over 12 weeks and will be delivered through a combination of online and face-to-face seminars and workshops, 1:1 mentor support and peer networking.
For small business owners, this is a fantastic opportunity to access academic expertise, practical real-life experience and learn how to boost business performance and productivity from leading experts in this area. By the end of the course businesses will have developed a tailored Growth Action Plan to help management to lead and develop the business.
Participating in this course will also provide an opportunity to network with small business owners in your local area – London – as part of a peer group and you’ll also be supported by your own personal mentor.
