Can I travel to London?
There are still some restrictions on those who travel to London from outside the UK.
International tourists from certain countries are currently prohibited from entering England.
Make sure to follow the rules on self isolation, provide contact information and be tested before traveling. When you depart from some countries/regions, you need to be isolated in the hotel for another 10 days.

What is the current guidance plan in London?
London has entered the fourth step of the British government’s road map.
If you want to travel, please plan in advance and avoid taking public transport, and walk or ride a bike as much as possible.
You should wear masks in crowded places. Masks must be worn at Transport for London (TfL) stations and on all services (including subways, buses, trams and DLRs).
There is no longer any legal limit on the number of people you meet indoors and outdoors. However, the British government recommends that you continue to minimize your social contact.

What are the steps to lift the London blockade?
The British government is taking four steps to ease the blockade of London and the rest of England.
Step 1: From March 29, you can meet up to 6 people or two families outdoors.
Step 2: From April 12, all stores can reopen in London. You can visit outdoor attractions such as zoos and drive in cinemas, or sit in outdoor entertainment places to have dinner or drink. Self service accommodation can also welcome guests from the same family or the same “mutual help bubble”.
Step 3: From May 17, you can meet up to 6 people or 2 families indoors and up to 30 people outdoors. You can visit the city’s indoor attractions, entertainment and entertainment venues, including museums, galleries, pubs, bars, restaurants and theaters. Accommodation throughout London can also be reopened.
Step 4: The dance floor can be reopened from July 19. There are no legal restrictions on the number of people you can meet.

Public transportation
If you use public transportation, please travel in quieter time to get more space, and wear masks in all TfL services. Or consider cycling or walking.
